Sok-ho is a passionologist and lives his life with Passion for People, Singing and Photography and currently conducts research on Passion as part of his PhD. He is the co-founder and CEO of the Institute of Passion.
As a global-minded business leader, he has first-hand experience in unleashing Passion in Leaders, teams, and individuals, while helping them to connect with their Purpose.
Sok-ho spent nearly 15 years working in leading roles for several well respected global multinationals in the Big Data, Analytics, Consumer Goods and Retail space including General Electric spin off Genpact, global retail giant Carrefour and leading loyalty management and CRM major Aimia. An entrepreneur at heart he launched several start-ups including an international internet marketplace. Sok-ho is also an advisory board member, a lecturer at IE Business School, Regent’s University London and the University of East London, and a mentor to social enterprises which fight for Diversity & Inclusion and the access to Leadership for all.
Born in France, from Chinese parents who were born in Cambodia, Sok-ho can speak 8 languages: 5 European and 3 Asian, all of which allows him to easily connect with and adapt to different cultures. He lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and North America. He currently lives in London, UK with his family.
Sok-ho holds a BSc (Hons) and a MSc (Hons) in management, as well as a top tier MBA.
He is a certified Professional Co-Active® coach and is fully trained in ORSC® Systemic and Relationship Coaching and on the GROW model. Sok-ho also tries to crack the code of Passions by conducting research in the field of Positive Psychology as part of a PhD.
