Martin is the Head of growth in France & digital development.

He is an accomplished professional of the Y generation speaking five languages and passionate by unleashing potential of people and organizations to make a positive impact.

He worked in dynamic and international environments in Europe, Latin America and Asia. He was Area Manager for Latin America in the Medical Technology sector based in Rio de Janeiro covering an area of 14 countries during 5 years and moved back in Paris at the group’s Headquarter to develop Commercial Excellence in Southern Europe. Then, he decided to follow his passion for People and started a training to become a coach focused on groups and teams. He joined the start-up ecosystem in Paris @ Incenteev to unleash human potential of global sales teams thanks to a combination of expertise & digital technology.

Martin has coached business leaders, entrepreneurs and teams in the private and public sector. He conducted digital transformation programs focused on engagement, performance and motivation for large organizations and Small and Medium Size Enterprises. Martin is developing a comprehensive approach of coaching combining human sciences, co-creation and digital interactions with purpose, positivity and passion to make a sustainable impact on people and organizations.

He graduated from Edhec Business School and did a MBA program in Denmark at the Copenhagen Business School with a specialization in “Sustainable Business”. He performed a Systemic Coaching Training Program delivered by ORSC, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Martin is a music composer during his free time. He is convinced that art is a powerful universal language. He did a 6-month volunteer experience in Vietnam as co-director of a Bakery School facilitating integration of disadvantaged young adults, which changed his life and his way to see path & self-determination. He ran the marathon of Paris in 2016 and decided to do one sportive challenge every year. He lives in Paris and loves spending time with his family.
