Lori started her career as an engineer working for the US Navy. She felt technical challenges were engaging but her heart wasn’t in it and after a decade she shifted her focus to people development. She has spent the last 20+ years bringing personal development and coaching to many parts of the world.  She has been on faculty at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Performance Consultants International and CRR Global. In addition to delivering courses, she supported each of those companies to make their trainings experiential, scale their programmes, train their trainers and expand around the world. Lori is the co-author of the popular Alchemy programme which trains co-facilitators to consistently deliver successful dynamic experiential offerings. Lori’s magic is her ability to deconstruct a complex process and give people a practical step by step formula for success. She has done this also in her online Coaches Going Corporate programme where she trains coaches to bring personal development into their corporate coaching. She offers an approach to corporate culture change in the book she co-authored, “Team Up! Applying Lessons from Neuroscience to Improve Collaboration, Innovation and Results”.Her own company shooksvensen focuses on bringing more humanity to the workplace and making change stick.
